The short version: this website has no forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. It does not collect anything about you. If you book a call, that happens on Calendly, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy.

What this website collects
Nothing. This site is a single static page. It contains no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no analytics or measurement scripts, no advertising or social media trackers, and no embedded third-party content. It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure automatically processes standard request data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve and secure the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We do not access, analyse or profile visitors using this data.
Booking a call
The "Book a 15-minute call" links take you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you provide information directly to Calendly — typically your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form. That information is collected and processed by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy (opens in a new tab), and Calendly may set its own cookies on its own domain.
We receive the booking details you submit and use them solely to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up with you about it.
Information we collect when we do business with you
If you become a prospect or a client, we may hold:
- Business contact details — name, business name, phone number, email address, business address
- Notes from calls and correspondence, including recordings and transcripts of sales calls where we have told you we are recording
- For clients: operational data needed to run the service, such as call volumes, appointment records and message history within your own phone system
We use this to provide the service, to communicate with you, to measure and report results, and to keep our own business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Client customer data
When we operate a service for an HVAC company, that company's own customers' information stays inside that company's own phone and messaging account, which the company owns and controls. We act on the company's behalf and under its direction. If a client stops working with us, their number, message history and customer records remain theirs.
Text messages
Where we operate messaging on a client's behalf, messages are sent only to people who contacted that business first. Every message identifies the business. Replying STOP removes that number from all further messages immediately and permanently. We do not upload or message historical customer lists.
Third parties we use
We use established business tools to run the company. Depending on the stage of our relationship with you, your information may be processed by our scheduling provider (Calendly), our customer relationship management system, our phone and messaging provider, our automation provider, and our payment processor. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep prospect and client records for as long as needed for the relationship and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email ebrimasells@gmail.com and we will respond.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We will honour requests of this kind regardless of whether a particular law applies to us.
Do Not Track
This site contains no tracking mechanisms, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to disable. We do not track visitors across third-party websites.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
